Villas II:
Premium 1 and 2 bedroom homes, offering high-end finishes, and resort-style amenities including pools and spas, outdoor lounge, kitchen and dining areas. Priced from $3,100 per month.
Villas III:
Sophisticated 1 and 2 bedroom homes with premium finishes and amenities including an outdoor theatre and game area. Priced from $2,775 per month.
The units are opening a little at a time, but first move-ins have already happened this week. You can walk in and schedule a tour of the models at the leasing office, 12665 Village Lane in Playa Vista. You can also can go online and schedule your appointment.
